NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Legislation section: Section 106 of the Legislation: Insolvency Act 1986 that a Final General Meeting of the above-named Company will be held at Link House, Knightrider Court, Knightrider Street, Maidstone, Kent ME15 6LY on 28 July 2011 at 10:00 am followed by a Final Meeting of the Creditors at 10:15 am for the purposes of having an account laid before them, and to receive the Liquidator’s report showing how the winding up of the Company has been conducted and its property disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. Any Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at either of the above Meetings is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. Such proxy need not be a Member or Creditor of the Company. Proxies to be used at the Meetings must be lodged with the Liquidator no later than 12.00 noon on the business day preceding the Meetings.
