In accordance with Section 137(4) of the Insolvency Act 1986 and Legislation section: Rule 4.106A(4) Legislation: of the Insolvency Rules 1986 we Richard Michael Hawes and Julia Elizabeth Branson of Deloitte LLP, 3 Rivergate, Temple Quay, Bristol, BS1 6GD give notice that we were appointed Joint Liquidators by the Secretary of State of the above Companies on 20 May 2011. Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 137(5) of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a meeting of creditors of the above named Companies has been summoned under Section 141(2) of the Insolvency Act 1986 at the offices of Deloitte, Imperium, Imperial Way, Reading, RG2 0TD, on 22 June 2011, at 1.30 pm for the purposes of considering whether a Liquidation Committee should be formed. In the event that a Liquidation Committee is not formed resolutions may be taken at the meeting to fix the basis on which the Joint Liquidators’ will be remunerated (Rule 4.127(5) Insolvency Rules 1986). A Proxy Form is available and which must be lodged with me not later than 12.00 noon on 21 June 2011 to entitle you to vote by proxy at the meeting together with a completed proof of debt form if you have not lodged one already.
