Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Legislation section: Section 146 of the Legislation: Insolvency Act 1986 that a General Meeting of Creditors of the above named company will be held at the offices of BDO LLP, 55 Baker Street, London W1U 7EU on 30 June 2011 at 10.00 am, for the purpose of having an account laid before the meeting showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidators.
