Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that final meetings of the members and creditors of the above-named company will be held at BWC Business Solutions Limited, 8 Park Place, Leeds LS1 2RU on 29 June 2011 at 10.30 am and 11.00 am respectively for the purpose of laying before the meetings an account of the winding-up, showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted, and the company’s property disposed of, and giving an explanation of it and determining whether the Joint Liquidators shall have their release under Section 173 of the Insolvency Act 1986. A member or creditor entitled to attend and vote at either of the above meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a member or creditor of the company.
