Notice is hereby given that The Housing and Public Protection Service of Powys County Council at Neuadd Maldwyn, Welshpool, Powys SY21 7AS, has considered an application from The Montgomeryshire Spring Water Company, Churchstoke, Powys, SY15 6AR, for the said Council to change the source name of two recognised sources under the above regulations.

The name of the registered Source CS1 (Grid reference OS 28309400) trade description Celtic Spring will change to the Source name of Silverbrook Falls and trade name Silverbrook falls.

The name of the registered Source Silverbrook Falls (Grid reference OS28109380) will change to Source name Celtic spring and trade description Celtic spring.

Powys County Council has approved the changes which will take place on the publication date of this notice.
