THE CROYDON (FREE PARKING PLACES) (DISABLED PERSONS) (NO. 3) TRAFFIC ORDER 2011
- 1 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Croydon Council on 9 May 2011 made the above-mentioned Traffic Order under sections 6 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended and all other enabling powers.
 - 2 The general effect of the Croydon (Free Parking Places) (Disabled Persons) (No. 3)
                                                Traffic Order 2011 would be to: 
                                             
- a revoke the disabled parking places outside No. 151 Beauchamp Road, Upper Norwood; outside No. 27 Dale Road, Purley; outside Nos. 24/26 Darcy Road, Norbury; outside No. 38 Everton Road, Croydon; outside No. 19 Sherwood Road, Croydon; outside No. 26 and outside No. 34 Spring Lane, South Norwood; outside No. 11 Thornhill Road, Croydon and outside Nos. 114/116 Tollers Lane, Old Coulsdon;
 - b designate new parking places at which vehicles displaying a disabled persons’ badge may be left without charge or time limit in:
 
 - 3 A copy of the Order which will come into operation on 16 May 2011 and of all associated Orders can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the end of six weeks from the date on which the Order was made, at the Enquiry Counter, ‘Access Croydon’ Facility, Ground Floor, Taberner House, Park Lane, Croydon, Surrey.
 - 4 Copies of the Order may be obtained from Parking Services, Community Services Department, P.O. Box 1462, Croydon, CR9 1WX.
 - 5 Any persons desiring to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained therein on the ground that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made there under have not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks of the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose of the High Court.
