THE HAMMERSMITH AND FULHAM (BUS LANE) (CONSOLIDATION) (AMENDMENT NO. *) ORDER 20**
- 1 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Council of the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham propose to make the above named Order under sections 6 and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Legislation: Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended.
- 2 The general effect of the Hammersmith and Fulham (Bus lane) (Consolidation) (Amendment No. *) Order 20** would be to amend the Legislation: Hammersmith and Fulham (Bus Lane) (Consolidation) Order 2010 in so far that there would be amended the wording in article 5 (g) to allow a central schedule to be amended subject to authorisation being given by the council for any additional exemption request in connection with buses or coaches travelling through the Hammersmith Bridge Road.
- 3 A copy of the proposed Order and of the order being amended, together with documents giving more detailed particulars of the Order may be inspected at the offices of the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham as detailed below, during normal office hours until 6 weeks have elapsed from the date on which either the Order is made or the Council decides not to make the Order.
- 4 Any person desiring to object to the proposed Order or make other representations should send a statement in writing of their objection or representations, stating the grounds of their objection to the TRANSPORTATION POLICY GROUP, ENVIRONMENT DEPARTMENT, TOWN HALL EXTENSION, KING STREET, HAMMERSMITH, LONDON W6 9JU, until the expiration of 21 days from the date on which this notice is published.
