Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 29 March 2011 Veolia UK Pension Trustees Limited as trustee for Veolia UK Pension Plan, Veolia UK Pension Trustees Limited as trustee for Dalkia Group Pension Scheme and Veolia UK Pension Trustees Limited as trustee for Veolia Water Supply Companies’ Pension Plan transferred to Veolia UK Pension Trustees Limited as trustee for Veolia Common Investment Fund all of their interests held by it in RREEF Pan-European Infrastructure Fund L.P. (the “Partnership”), a limited partnership registered in England with number LP010885 and that with effect from 29 March 2011 Veolia UK Pension Trustee Limited as trustees for Veolia UK Pension Plan, Veolia UK Pension Trustees Limited as trustee for Dalkia Group Pension Scheme and Veolia UK Pension Trustees Limited as trustee for Veolia Water Supply Companies’ Pension Plan ceased to be a limited partner and Veolia UK Pension Trustees Limited as trustee for Veolia Common Investment Fund became a limited partner in the Partnership.
