Hillingdon Council gives notice that on 31 March 2011 it made these Orders which will;

• 1 remove residents parking places, operational between 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Saturday and install Bus Stop Clearways operational at all times in Southbourne Gardens;
  • a the northwest side, from a point 10 metres northeast of the northeastern kerbline of Green Lawns to a point in line with the common boundary of Nos. 11 and 13 Southbourne Gardens;
  • b the southeast side, from a point 18.8 metres south west of the south western kerbline of Field End Road to a point 2.4 metres south east of the common boundary of Nos. 5 and 7 Southbourne Gardens.
• 2 impose waiting restrictions on the length of road as set out in the Schedule to this notice.

A copy of the Order which will come into operation on 7 April 2011 can be seen by appointment at, Civic Centre, Uxbridge during normal office hours, for six weeks following the date on which this notice is published.

Applications to the High Court challenging the legality of the Order should be made within six weeks of the date on which the Order was made.

• a The northwest side, from a point 26.5 metres south west of the south western kerbline of Oak Grove to a point 10 metres southwest of the southwestern kerbline of Oak Grove.
• b The south east side, from the south western kerbline of Coombe Drive to a point 16.5 metres northeast of the northeastern kerbline of Coombe Drive.
