FOCUS CAR HIRE AND TRANSPORT SERVICES LIMITED

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a final meeting of Members and Creditors of the above named company will be held at 34 Ely Place, London, EC1N 6TD on 5 May 2011 at 2.00 pm and 2.15 pm respectively, for the purposes of receiving an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up.

A member or creditor entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a member or creditor.

Proxies to be used at the meeting should be lodged at 34 Ely Place, London, EC1N 6TD, no later than 12.00 noon on the working day immediately before the meetings.
