Notice is hereby given that Richard John Hill (IP No. 8027) of KPMG LLP, Dukes Keep, Marsh Lane, Southampton, SO14 3EX was appointed trustee in bankruptcy with effect from 15 March 2011 together with Wendy Jane Wardell (IP No. 9255, also of the same address).

All creditors are hereby invited to prove their debts by sending details to me at my address as shown above by close of business on 14 April 2011.

A meeting of creditors has been summoned by the Joint Trustees under section 314(7) of the Insolvency Act 1986 for the purpose of establishing a creditors’ committee and, if no committee is appointed, fixing the basis of remuneration of the trustees by reference to time properly given in attending to matters arising in the bankruptcy.

The meeting will be held on 15 April 2011 at 10.00 am at Dukes Keep, Marsh Lane, Southampton, SO14 3EX.

A completed proxy form must be lodged with me (together with a completed proof of debt form if you have not already lodged one) no later than 12 noon on 14 April 2011 to entitle you to vote by proxy at the meeting.
