At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened, and held at 43-45 Butts Green Road, Hornchurch, Essex RM11 2JX on 09 March 2011 at 10.30am the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as Ordinary Resolutions respectively:-

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Martin Weller and Glyn Mummery, both of FRP Advisory LLP, 43-45 Butts Green Road, Hornchurch, Essex RM11 2JX, (IP Nos 9419 and 8996) be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up and that anything required or authorised to be done by the Joint Liquidators be done by both or either of them.”
