Church Street Partnership

Take notice that on 23 February 2011 Dr Martyn John Rogers (“Dr Rogers”) was expelled from the partnership known as the Church Street Partnership, a partnership of general medical practitioners practising from 30a Church Street, Bishops Stortford, Hertfordshire CM23 2LY, Thorley Health Centre, Villiers Sur Marne Avenue, Bishops Stortford, Hertsfordshire CM23 4EG and Haymeads Health Centre, Herfordshire & Essex Hospital, Cavell Drive, Bishops Stortford, Hertfordshire CM23 5JH. Prior to Dr Rogers’ expulsion, the partnership was carried on between Dr Rogers, Dr Mark Clifford Penwill, Dr Rosemary Anne Davis, Dr Sarah Whetstone and Dr Radu Burtan. The other partners will continue the partnership.
