GIFTBURY LIMITED

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that final meetings of members and creditors of the Company will be held at the offices of B&C Associates Limited, Trafalgar House, Grenville Place, Mill Hill, London NW7 3SA on 27 April 2011 at 2.00 pm and 2.05 pm respectively, for the purposes of receiving a report and account by the Liquidator showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted, the property of the Company disposed of and to receive any explanation regarding the conduct of the Liquidation. The following resolutions will be put to the meeting:

● That the Liquidator’s Receipts and Payments account to 15 February 2011 and final report be approved;

● That the Liquidator be released from office;

● That the Company’s books and records be destroyed twelve months after the date of dissolution.

A member or creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a member or creditor. Proxy forms must be returned to the offices of B&C Associates Limited at the above address by no later than 12 noon on 26 April 2011.
