CAMBRIDGE ROAD, DURHAM ROAD AND LAMBTON ROAD, SW20

• 1 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Merton under the powers conferred by Sections 6 and 124 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Local Government Act 1985 propose to make the above mentioned Order.
• 2 The general effects of this Order will be to introduce double yellow lines (at any time waiting restrictions) on the lengths of roads detailed in the Schedule to this Notice.
• 3 A copy of the draft Order, a plan identifying the area affected by the draft Order and the Council’s Statement of Reasons for making the Order can be inspected during the Council’s normal office hours Mondays to Fridays at Merton Link, Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey.
• 4 Any person desiring to object to the proposed Order should send a statement in writing of their objections and the grounds thereof to the Environment and Regeneration Department (Ref ES/SGE) at the Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey, SM4 5DX no later than 4th March 2011.
