Notice is hereby given that a General Meeting of the Members and a Meeting of the Creditors of W Button and Company Limited will be held at the offices of Geoffrey Martin & Co, St Andrew House, 119-121 The Headrow, Leeds LS1 5JW on 21 March 2011 at 10.00 am and 10.30 am respectively, for the purpose of having an account laid before them by the Liquidator (pursuant to Legislation section: Section 106 of the Legislation: Insolvency Act 1986 ), showing the manner in which the winding-up of the said Company has been conducted, and the property of the Company disposed of and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the meetings of Members and Creditors is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. Such proxy need not be a member or creditor of the company.
