At a General Meeting of the members of the above named Company, duly convened, and held at Wilson Field Limited, The Manor House, 260 Ecclesall Road South, Sheffield on 20 January 2011 at 11.30am the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:-

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Christopher Stirland and Martin Weller, both of FRP Advisory Limited, 43-45 Butts Green Road, Hornchurch, Essex RM11 2JX, (IP Nos 9368 and 9419) be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up.”
