Notice is hereby given that the final meetings of members and of creditors of Wallgate Group Plc will be held at the offices of hjs Recovery, 12-14 Carlton Place, Southampton SO15 2EA on 25 February 2011 at 10.00 am and 10.30 am respectively, for the purpose of having an account laid before them by the liquidator (pursuant to Section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986), showing the manner in which the winding-up of the company has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the liquidator. A member or creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a member or creditor. Proxy forms must be returned to the offices of hjs Recovery, 12-14 Carlton Place, Southampton SO15 2EA by no later than 12 noon on 24 February 2011.
