“That the Company be wound-up voluntarily and, accordingly, that Arif Anwar FCCA FABRP, Rescue My Company, Charles Lane Mews, 63-64 Charles Lane, St. John’s Wood, London NW8 7SB, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up”.
