Anthony James Kelson (of 172 Burwood Road, Hawthorn, 3122 Melbourne, Victoria, Australia ), and Tina Patel (of 33 Bostock Road, Abingdon, Oxfordshire OX14 1DW ) give notice to all Creditors of Freelance Global Limited (company number 03627284) that they were involved in the management of Freelance Global Limited during the 12 months ending with the day before it went into Administration and they are intending to and/or will continue to act in one or more of the ways to which section 216(3) of the Insolvency Act 1986 applies in connection with, or for the purposes of, the carrying out of the whole or substantially the whole of the business of Freelance Global Limited on the day it went into Administration through Freelance Contracting Services Limited (company number 07383540) trading as Freelance and/or Freelance Global and/or Freelance Contracting and/or Freelance Contracting Services, being a similar name of Freelance Global Limited and a prohibited name pursuant to section 216 of the Insolvency Act 1986.
