- 1 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Hackney propose to make the above-mentioned Orders under Legislation section: sections 6, Legislation section: 45, Legislation section: 46, Legislation section: 49 and Legislation section: 124 of and Legislation section: Part IV of Legislation section: Schedule 9 to the Legislation: Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Legislation: Local Government Act 1985 and the Legislation: Traffic Management Act 2004 .
- 2 The general effect of the Orders would be to:-
- a replace a section of resident parking bay with a disabled parking bay outside Nos.22 to 23 Allerton Road
- b introduce disabled parking bays in the following locations:
- i outside No.23 Sharon Gardens
- ii outside Nos.253 to 255 Evering Road
- c remove disabled parking bays outside No.7 Valentine Road and No.12 Fairholt Road
- 3 Copies of the Orders, other relevant Orders, and of other documents giving more detailed particulars of either of the Orders, can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the end of a period 6 weeks from the date on which the Orders are made or the Council decides not to make the Orders, in the reception area, London Borough of Hackney, Keltan House 89- 115 Mare Street London, E8 4RU . - 4 Any objections or other representations about either of the proposed Orders should be sent in writing to the Assistant Director (Public Realm) at the address specified in paragraph 3 above until the expiration of a period of 21 days from the date on which this Notice is published. All objections must specify the grounds on which they are made.
