Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986 (as amended), that a final general meeting of the above Company will be held at Deloitte LLP, Lomond House, 9 George Square, Glasgow G2 1QQ, on 31 January 2011, at 12:00 noon, to consider and, if thought fit, to pass the following resolutions as an Ordinary Resolution and a Special Resolution respectively: “That the Joint Liquidators’ statement of account for the period of the liquidation be approved and that the books, accounts and documents of the Company and of the Joint Liquidators be disposed of as the Joint Liquidators see fit, subject to any legal requirements governing the period of retention.” A Member entitled to attend and vote at the above Meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her. A proxy need not be a member of the Company. Proxies must be lodged at the offices of Deloitte LLP, Lomond House, 9 George Square, Glasgow G2 1QQ no later than 12.00 noon on 29 January 2011.
