Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 9 December 2010, Britel Fund Trustees Limited transferred to UK Shopping Centres Trustee (No.1) Limited and UK Shopping Centres Trustee (No.2) Limited all of the interest held by it in Wilmslow (No.3) Limited Partnership (the “Partnership”), a limited partnership registered in England with No LP007037 and that with effect from 9 December 2010 Britel Fund Trustees Limited ceased to be a limited partner and UK Shopping Centres Trustee (No.1) Limited and UK Shopping Centres Trustee (No.2) Limited became limited partners in the Partnership.
