Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Members of the above named Company will be held at the offices of MBI Coakley Limited, Second Floor, Tunsgate Square, 98-110 High Street, Guildford, Surrey, GU1 3HE on 10 February 2011 at 10.00 am to be followed by a Final Meeting of the Creditors at 10.15 am, for the purposes mentioned in Section 106 of the said Act, i.e. having an account laid before them by the Liquidator, showing the manner in which the winding up of the Company has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator.
