Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Legislation section: Section 106 of the Legislation: Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Liberta Financial, Northgate Business Centre, 38 Northgate, Newark on Trent, Nottinghamshire, NG24 1EZ on 25th January 2011 at 11.00 am respectively, for the purpose of receiving the final report on the conduct of the Liquidation, how property has been disposed of and hear any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator, and also to determine whether or not the Liquidator should obtain her release from office. Any Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the respective meetings may appoint another person to vote in his or her place.
