TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990
THE SECRETARY OF STATE hereby gives notice that he has made an Order under Section 247 of the above Act entitled “The Stopping up of Highway (South East) (No.37) Order 2010” authorising the stopping up of a north western part width of Bristol Road comprising highway verge abutting south eastern boundary of No 2 Anson Way at Bicester, in the District of Cherwell to enable the development described in the Schedule to this notice to be carried out in accordance with planning permission granted to Hazel Milne by Cherwell District Council on 20 July 2009 under reference 09/00766/F.
COPIES OF THE ORDER MAY BE OBTAINED, free of charge, on application to the Secretary of State, addressed to the National Transport Casework Team, Government Office for the North East, Citygate, Gallowgate, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 4WH (quoting reference NATTRAN/SE/S247/107) and may be inspected at all reasonable hours at Bicester Library, Old Place Yard, Bicester, Oxon OX 26 6AU.
ANY PERSON AGGRIEVED BY THE ORDER and desiring to question the validity thereof, or of any provision contained therein, on the ground that it is not within the powers of the above Act or that any requirement of that Act or of any regulation made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may, within 6 weeks of the 09 December 2010 apply to the High Court for the suspension or quashing of the Order or of any provision contained therein.
