Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 30 November 2010, (i) TPG Asia V Gibbs Limited transferred its interest in CT Healthscope Holdings, L.P. (the “Partnership”) comprising a capital contribution of US$1,538.23 to TPG Asia SF V Pte. Ltd., (ii) TPG FOF VI SPV. L.P. transferred its interest in the Partnership comprising a capital contribution of US$11.73 to TPG SF VI Pte. Ltd., and (iii) TPG VI Gibbs Limited transferred its interest in the Partnership comprising a capital contribution of US$3,450.05 to TPG SF VI Pte. Ltd., and with effect from that date TPG Asia SF V Pte. Ltd. and TPG SF VI Pte. Ltd. became limited partners of the Partnership.
