EURODIS DISTRIBUTION SERVICES BV
(IN ENGLISH ADMINISTRATION AND IN DUTCH BANKRUPTCY)
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 2.95(3) of the Insolvency Rules 1986, and under the provisions of a court-sanctioned protocol between the Joint Administrators and the Dutch Trustee of the above named company with regard to a single procedure for inviting, adjudicating and paying any dividend on valid claims received.
That, the Dutch Trustee intends paying a final dividend to the unsecured non-preferential creditors of the above named company after a court hearing for the adjudication of creditors’ claims and the expiry of any appeal period. The court hearing will be held on 21 January 2011 at Almelo District Court, Egbert Gorterstraat 6, Almelo, The Netherlands.
Creditors who have not yet done so are required, on or before 6 January 2011, to send their proofs of debt to the Dutch Trustee, Jacques A D M Daniels of Daniels Huisman Advocaten Notaris, P.O Box 31, 7600 AA Almelo, The Netherlands.
They are also required, if requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to the Dutch Trustee to be necessary.
A creditor who has not proved his debt by 6 January 2011 will have his claim agreed by the Dutch Trustee with reference to the records he holds as detailed in his letter to known creditors dated 28 October 2010.
If you have not received this letter but you have a claim against the company, please contact either the Dutch Trustee or the Joint Administrators in writing as soon as possible, using the following contact and reference details:

The dates set out above have been set by the supervisory judge in the Almelo District Court. No prescribed part is applicable to this case.
