2. The Treasury Solicitor as nominee for the Crown (in whom all goods belonging to the Company stored at the Ground Floor, Regency House, St Marys Road, Sheffield and in particular, but not exclusively, the items detailed in the attached schedule. Vested) hereby disclaims the Crown’s title (if any) in all goods belonging to the Company stored at the Ground Floor, Regency House, St Marys Road, Sheffield and in particular, but not exclusively, the items detailed in the attached schedule the vesting of which having come to his notice on 4 August 2010.
