THE LEWISHAM (SPECIAL PARKING AREA) (AMBULANCE PARKING PLACES) (AMENDMENT) ORDER 2010

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Lewisham Council made this order under the provisions of section 6 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 on the 4 November 2010. The Order comes into force on the 29 November 2010.

  • 1 The general nature and effect of the order is to provide for a 17.4 metre long ambulance parking place at Stanstead Road, SE23, north side, outside the dialysis unit at 107-113 Stanstead Road, prohibiting any vehicle not being used for ambulance purposes from stopping in the said parking place.
  • 2 Copies of documents giving more detailed particulars of the order and measures can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays at the office of Lewisham Transport Policy & Development, Wearside Service Centre, Wearside Road, Ladywell, SE13.
  • 3 Any person wishing to question the validity of the order or of any of its provisions on the grounds that it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any requirement of that Act or of any instrument or relevant regulation made under the Act has not been complied with may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the order was made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.
