Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 30 September 2010 and with effect from 1 October 2010 Citigroup Employee Fund of Funds I, LP transferred 19.0621 per cent of its interest in CCP VII LP No. 2.2, a limited partnership registered in England with registered number LP8197 (the “Partnership”) to Citigroup Financial Products, Inc. Citigroup Financial Products, Inc. became a limited partner in the Partnership on the same date.

Immediately following the above mentioned transfer of interest and with effect from 1 October 2010, Citigroup Financial Products Inc. withdrew as a limited partner in the Partnership and transferred the above mentioned interest in the Partnership to Lexington Private Equity, L.P. of 660 Madison Avenue, New York, NY 10065, USA which was admitted as a new limited partner in the Partnership.
