Notice is hereby given in accordance with the provisions of Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 that a non-preferential, first and final dividend will be paid within a period of four months from the last date of proving. The last date for creditors to prove claims in this liquidation is 2 November 2010. Creditors of the above named Company should send their addresses, descriptions and full particulars of their debt or claims to the undersigned P D Masters of Leonard Curtis, Bamfords Trust House, 85-89 Colmore Row, Birmingham, B3 2BB. Under Rule 11.3(2) a Liqudator is not obliged to deal with claims lodged after the date for proving.
