Hutton Collins Capital Partners II

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, on 1 October 2009, Commercial Union Life Assurance Company Limited and CGNU Life Assurance Limited each transferred to Aviva Life & Pensions UK Limited all of the interest held by them in Hutton Collins Capital Partners II (The “Partnership”), a limited partnership registered in England with number LP010985 and that with effect from such date Commercial Union Life Assurance Company Limited and CGNU Life Assurance Limited each ceased to be limited partners in the Partnership.
