THE BARNET (HENDON) (CONTROLLED PARKING ZONE) (PARKING PLACES)
(AMENDMENT NO. 20) TRAFFIC ORDER 2010
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Barnet on 30 September 2010 have made the above-mentioned Order under Legislation section: Sections 45, Legislation section: 46, Legislation section: 49, Legislation section: 51 and Legislation section: 124 and Legislation section: Part IV of Legislation section: Schedule 9 of the Legislation: Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers.
In order to accommodate the introduction of a ‘dropped kerb’ vehicle crossover to enable access to off-street facilities, the general effect of the above Order will be to modify the existing parking layout at the following location, with a resultant loss of parking spaces as follows:

A Copy of the Order, which will come into operation on 4 October 2010 and the Council’s Statement of Reasons for making the Order can be inspected between 9am and 5pm on Mondays to Fridays (Bank Holidays and Public Holidays excepted) for a period of 6 weeks from the date on which this notice is published at:
- a The Design Team, 2nd Floor, Building 4, North London Business Park, Oakleigh Road South, London, N11 1NP .
- b Hendon Town Hall, Reception, The Burroughs, London NW4 4BG.
Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or any of their provisions on the grounds that they are not within the relevant powers of the Legislation: Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any regulations made there under have not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks of the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
