NOTICE OF SUBMISSION OF ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IN RELATION TO AN APPLICATION FOR CONSENT TO CONSTRUCT AND OPERATE A WIND FARM AT LLANBADARN FYNYDD.

FURTHER TO THE NOTICE OF AN APPLICATION FOR CONSENT TO CONSTRUCT A WIND FARM AT LLANBADARN FYNYDD OF NOVEMBER 2007.

Notice is hereby given that Nuon UK Limited trading as Nuon Renewables (“the Company”) whose registered office is Abbey Warehouse, Abbey Slip, Penzance, Cornwall, TR18 4AR has submitted and the Secretary of State has received additional information in respect of the above application. The Secretary of State is required to forward a copy of the additional information to Powys County Council which is required to place the additional information on its public register. Requests for copies of the additional information may be sent to the Secretary of State, Area 3A, 3 Whitehall Place, London, SW1A 2AW. Powys County Council is also the local planning authority to which any additional information received by the Secretary of State after the publication of this notice will be sent and is under a continuing duty to publish details of the additional information on its public register.

A copy of the additional information is available for inspection during normal working hours at:

Powys County Hall, Spa Road East, Llandrindod, Wells, Powys, LD1 5LG

The additional information is also available to view during working hours at the Company’s office at Abbey Warehouse, Abbey Slip, Penzance, Cornwall, TR18 4AR.

Copies of the additional information may be obtained from the Company’s office at a charge of £10 for the printed document and £5 for a CD-Rom.

Any person wishing to make a representation to the Secretary of State in relation to the additional information should do so in writing to the Secretary of State for Energy and Climate Change c/o Area 3A, 3 Whitehall Place, London, SW1A 2AW or by email (gareth.leigh@decc.gsi.gov.uk) stating the name of the proposal and providing the details of the representation. Representations should be submitted no later than 28 October 2010. Unless otherwise indicated, copies of any representations received by the Secretary of State will be made available to the Company and to Powys County Council.
