The Insolvency Act 1986

At an extraordinary general meeting of the above named company convened and held at the offices of hjs Recovery, 12-14 Carlton Place, Southampton, Hampshire SO15 2EA on 2 September 2010 at 2.45 pm the following special resolution numbered one and ordinary resolution numbered two were passed:

1. “That it has been resolved by special resolution that the company be wound up voluntarily”.

2. “That Shane Biddlecombe and Gordon Johnston of hjs Recovery, Insolvency Practitioners of 12-14 Carlton Place, Southampton, Hampshire SO15 2EA be appointed joint liquidators of the company for the purpose of the voluntary winding-up”.
