Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 1 September 2010, Paul William Owers withdrew as a Limited Partner in Actis Emerging Markets 3 “C” “AV” LP, a Limited Partnership registered in England with No LP014054 (the “Partnership”), and transferred his entire interest in the Partnership to Actis Carry Pool Limited Partnership, which became a Limited Partner in the Partnership on the same date.
