THE SECRETARY OF STATE hereby gives notice that the Order under Section 247 of the above Act to authorise the stopping up of an area of highway land at 76 Dark Lane, Romsley, Halesowen referred to in the Notice published on 6 February 2009, will not be made, the application for the Order having been withdrawn.
