THE CITY OF WESTMINSTER (PARKING PLACES) (NO. 62) ORDER 2010

• 1 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Westminster City Council on 16th August 2010 made the above Orders under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 and of Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended.
• 2 The general effect of the Orders is to replace the single yellow line waiting restriction with a “Blue Badge” disabled persons’ parking place outside No. 17 Montpelier Place.
• 3 The Orders also correct anomalies to ensure that the on-street markings correspond with existing Traffic Orders.
• 4 The Orders, which will come into force on 27th August 2010, and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Order are available for inspection until the 27th September 2010 between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. on Mondays to Fridays inclusive at One Stop Shop, City Hall, 62 Victoria Street, London, SW1E 6QP.
• 5 Any person desiring to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made thereunder have not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks from the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
