Take notice that I Jonathan Timmis the Liquidator of the above Liquidation, intend to declare a first and final dividend to non-preferential creditors in respect of the above matter.

We note that we have yet to receive a completed claim form in respect of your claim. We would be grateful therefore if you could submit you formal claim in order that it can be rank for dividend purposes. Please note that the last date for proving is 20 August 2010. An appropriate proof of debt form is attached for your assistance, which needs to be returned directly to our Lancaster office, along with supporting documentation.

It is out intention to declare a first and final dividend within the period of four months from the last date of proving.
