the “Partnership”Notice is hereby given that on 1 April 2009, Standard Chartered Bank retired as a limited partner of the Partnership and in doing so has transferred its interest in the Partnership to SC Transport Leasing 1 Ltd. SC Transport Leasing 1 Ltd. and the remaining partners continue the business of the Partnership under the same name.
