Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 10 December 2008 Capital Bank - GRAWE Gruppe AG transferred to Altium Capital Gestion on trust for Montaigne Mezzanine FCPR part of the interest held by it in Accession Mezzanine Capital II L.P. (the “Partnership”), a limited partnership registered in England with number LP11822, and that with effect from 10 December 2008 Altium Capital Gestion on trust for Montaigne Mezzanine FCPR became a limited partner in the Partnership.

Notice is also hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 10 December 2008 Altium Capital Gestion on trust for Montaigne Mezzanine FCPR subsequently transferred to Altium Capital Gestion on trust for Generali Capital Developpement II FCPR part of the interest held by it in the Partnership, a limited partnership registered in England with number LP11822, and that with effect from 10 December 2008 Altium Capital Gestion on trust for Generali Capital Developpement II FCPR became a limited partner in the Partnership.
