1. That the companies be wound up voluntarily.

2. That David Sydney Merrygold and Matthew R Howard of PKF (UK) LLP, 16 The Havens, Ransomes Europark, Ipswich, Suffolk IP3 9SJ be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of the voluntary winding up and are empowered to act jointly and severally in all matters.
