BROCKTON CAPITAL FUND II L.P.

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 24 June 2010, Alony-Hetz Brockton Fund Investment Limited transferred all of the interest held by it in Brockton Capital Fund II L.P. (the “Partnership”), a limited partnership registered in England with number LP013286 and that with effect from 24 June 2010, Alony-Hetz Properties & Investments Ltd became a limited partner in the Partnership.
