At a General Meeting of the members of the above named company, duly convened and held at Sixth Floor, Grafton Tower, Stamford New Road, Altrincham, Cheshire WA14 1DQ on 23 June 2010 the following resolutions were duly passed; No 1 as a special resolution and No 2 as an ordinary resolution:-

1. “That the Company be wound up voluntarily.”

2. “That Neil Henry and Michael Simister of Lines Henry, Sixth Floor, Grafton Tower, Stamford New Road, Altrincham, Cheshire WA14 1DQ be and they are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up and that the Joint Liquidators are empowered to act jointly and severally.”
