THE CITY OF WESTMINSTER (PRESCRIBED ROUTES) (NO. *) TRAFFIC ORDER 200*

  • 1 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Westminster City Council proposes to make the above Order under section 6 and 124 of Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended.
  • 2 The general effect of the Order would be to:
    • a prohibit vehicles (except cycles) from entering Green Street from Park Lane; and
    • b prohibit northbound vehicles (except cycles) from turning right into Green Street from Park Street.
  • 3 The proposed Order and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Order are available for inspection between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. on Mondays to Fridays inclusive at One Stop Shop, City Hall, 62 Victoria Street, London, SW1E 6QP.
  • 4 Further information may be obtained by telephoning the Council’s agents, West One, telephone number (020) 7811 6346.
  • 5 Any objections or other representations about the proposed Order should be sent in writing to the Council’s agents, West One, City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, London, SW1E 6QP, or by email at TMO@westonejv.co.uk quoting reference 5729/JB, by 25 th June 2010. All objections must specify the grounds on which they are made.
