FF&P Investor 13 CES, L.P.

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 20 April 2010 B.S. Pension Fund Trustee Limited as Trustee of the British Steel Pension Scheme (“BSPFTL”), FF&P CI (Scotland) 2 L.P. (“C12”), and FF&P General Partner (No.14) Limited transferred to FF&P General Partner (No.10) Limited as Trustee for FF&P Investor 9 BSPF, L.P. (“GP10”) all of the interests (other than any rights and obligations as general partner) held by them in FF&P Investor 13 CES, L.P. (the “Partnership”), a limited partnership registered in England with number LP011468 and that with effect from 6 April 2010 BSPFTL and C12 ceased to be limited partners and GP10 became a limited partner in the Partnership.
