Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a meeting of the members of the above-named company will be held on 28 June 2010 at 11.00 am at the offices of Clarke Bell Chartered Accountants, Parsonage Chambers, 3 The Parsonage, Manchester M3 2HW, to be followed by a meeting of creditors, for the purpose of having an account laid before them by the Liquidator, showing the manner in which the winding-up of the said Company has been concluded, and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator.

Proxies to be used at the meeting should be lodged at the offices of Clarke Bell Chartered Accountants, Parsonage Chambers, 3 The Parsonage, Manchester M3 2HW, no later than 12.00 noon on the business day immediately before the meetings.

Finally, under Rule 11.7 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, the Liquidator can confirm that no distribution will be made to any class of creditor due to insufficient funds.
