I, James Arthur Morrissey of 2 Perrywood Lane, Watton-at-Stone, Hertford SG14 3RB was a Director of Premiere Hair Limited t/a White Cliffs Hair Studios but latterly t/a Empower Hair Solutions during the 12 months ending with the day before the date of liquidation. Pursuant to Rule 4.228 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, I give notice that it is my intention to act in one or more of the ways specified in section 216(3) of the Insolvency Act 1985 in connection with, or for the purpose of, the carrying on of the whole or substantially the whole of the business of the insolvent Company under the name of Empower Hair Solutions Limited.
