WAINFLEET MOTOR SERVICES LIMITED

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that General Meetings of Contributories and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of RSM Tenon Recovery, 1 Bede Island Road, Bede Island Business Park, Leicester LE2 7EA, on 11 June 2010, at 11.00 am and 11.15 am respectively, for the purpose of having an account laid before the Meetings showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor. Proxies to be used at the Meetings should be lodged at RSM Tenon Recovery, 1 Bede Island Road, Bede Island Business Park, Leicester LE2 7EA, no later than 12.00 noon on the working day immediately before the Meetings.
